My experiences consist of 20 years in sales of financial services to financial institutions. Starting in banking as a teller and moving on through managing lending and personal bankers, to the introduction of Credit Cards to the bankers in Minnesota, then Debit Cards and then into Institutional Fixed Income sales to financial institutions throughout the Midwest.
For the following 18 years, I was employed at the search firm, Robert Half International, and assisted them in building a public company from a franchise operation. I assisted with the building and training of their sales and sales management programs, as well as being involved in line management.
While still employed with Robert Half, I purchased, ran and completely remodeled a coffee shop in Longville, a small resort community where we live. I was also in the business of refinancing mortgages. The Common Grounds of Longville, today, remains one of the central meeting and greeting places of the town.
I currently lease the coffee shop to another individual to run and I am a Real Estate agent with the Gallery of Homes here in Longville. The Gallery’s commitment to honesty, integrity, trust and knowledge mirrors my own. There is a tremendous depth of real estate and land development knowledge there to draw upon. I office both out of their professional office building as well as the coffee shop. Both places allow for wonderful spaces to meet clients.
I am very active in the community, heavily involved with the Chamber of Commerce Activity Committee, Co Chair and co founder of the Longville Lakes Arts Alliance, a group dedicated to the advancement of art and artists in our community, a bike trail committee, the Lions and on the Airport Advisory Board.
I love what I do. Relationship selling is what I do best, my business comes from referrals. I work hard for my clients and I truly care about them and they know it.
