1n 1962, while driving from his part-time job in Edina to classes at the University of Minne sota, Dick Kruger bumped into a parked car at the intersection of 50th and Penn in South Min neapolis. The owner of the parked car, Gerald Smedberg, then ran out of his office to talk to Dick. Not only was Gerald gracious about the accident, he became a close friend and business associate of Dick’s.

Seven years later, Dick and Gerald, along with two other real estate agents formed The Gallery of Homes, one of the longest standing real estate companies in the State of Minnesota. Forty years later, Dick and “bumped into” a new partner, Dan Pflugshaupt. Although, not liter ally this time, Dick believes this partnership is a wonderful “melding of generations” with all that goes with it! Dick says that “Dan’s energy and people skills have been a true God-send”. Dan’s skills and services in the latest technology (among other designations, Dan has his “e- PRO®” indicating his prowess with electronic and internet skills), combined with Dick’s forty plus years of experience (Dick has been awarded one of Minnesota’s thirty four “REALTOR® EMERITUS” designations) is a winning combination to any client! Old or new, Dick and Dan have remained faithful to its company mission of serving the lifelong real estate needs of their customers with honesty, integrity and competence.
