Hello I am Tim Paulsen. My wife Cindy and our two children Candace and Carissa moved to the Great up North in 1997 when we purchased a home on Boot Lake 4 miles North of Pine River on Highway 371. My wife worked for TDS/USLink  in Pequot Lakes and I was immediately hired by Nor-Son Construction. I started my own successful construction company, “Paulsen Home Builders” in 2000. Building homes is only part of the job, building friendships and trust with customers is always the way I do business.

Today I am focusing on my Real Estate career that began in 2009 while my wife manages our family owned Restaurant “Lucette’s Pizza & Pub” in Hackensack for the past 7 years. Our family has grown over the years and we are very proud grandparents of Julie and Michael.

As a Realtor, I will continue to dedicate myself to people, hard work, community, continued education, spirit and pursuit of the American Dream.
