			<title>Ice is going out</title>

			<description>While looking at real estate yesterday I noticed that the ice is reall staring to pull away from the shores. Many of our beautiful sand shorelines are exposed and the ice is becoming honey combed and dark gray. Look for out later this week if this weather continues.</description>

			<title>First Loon of the Season</title>

			<description>&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;While driving by Wabedo Lake just outside of Longville, Minnesota this morning I saw the first Common Loon of the season which is the State Bird for Minnesota. I always enjoy seeing the loons return every spring. They are a beautiful creation and a sound that calms everyone.
