Wow! What an event! Here at The Gallery of Homes, we are very happy for all of the people that have chosen us to list their Residences and Land!! We spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday showcasing all of our wonderful listings at the St. Cloud Sportsmen's Show!
What an incredible event! Twiggy the Water Skiing Squirrel was there!
Thousands of people attended the event and we made contact with a vast majority of those people! The event has provided many leads and interested buyers as well as a few interested future sellers! We even made contact with a few excavating customers!
It was a very beneficial event for us and all of our current customers! If you are thinking about listing your property with us, please do so soon! We have been contacted by the people that we met at the show and would like to be able to tell them about your property! If that is not reason enough, we will shortly be preparing for our booth at the Lake Home and Cabin Show in Minneapolis and we would like to encourage EVERYONE to list with us so that we can bring your listing the the THOUSANDS of buyers that will be attending that event!
Please don't delay! Call us today for a market evaluation and to list your property with us!
Call anytime night or day ~ cell: (218) 838-1862 or send an email to: MarcR@GalleryofHomesMN.com Thanks,

We are entering what is arguably the Greatest time of the year! As the days grow longer, we begin to feel the warmth of the sun and all of Mother Nature's creatures become more active. That includes 3 very important groups; (1) Fish, (2) Home sellers, and (3) Home buyers!!

As the days grow longer and we near the beginning of March, the fish begin to head to the shallower waters. They begin feeding heavily in preparation for the spring spawning season! This is great news for those that enjoy standing out on the ice in 30 to 40 degree temperatures catching large fish! March is a wonderful time of year for all ice fisherpeople!

Also as the days grow longer and we enjoy some warm sunny days, many land and cabin owners begin to think about selling their current property or buying a new piece of dreamland! Now is an excellent time to review our listings and see what is out there. We have some GREAT property deals and the phones have been a buz with activity about current and future listings!
If you don't have your property listed with us, please call me today! We will be showcasing all of our listings at the St. Cloud Sportsman's Show this weekend and there will be many buyers walking the aisles to see what deals are there! Don't miss this great opportunity to turn your property into an opportunity to "trade up"! If you can, stop by our booth and say "Hi"!
Springtime is also a great time to think about creating something new on your dreamland or renovating something that already exists. Don't hesitate to contact Outdoor Creations & Renovations, a local business that can handle all your needs!
If you don't join us this weekend in St. Cloud, please come up and see us and enjoy the wonderful warm spring ice fishing season. Then, catch us at the Lake Home & Cabin Show in Minneapolis in April!
The buying and selling season has already started! Enjoy the coming spring and don't miss a single opportunity this year!
Have a blessed week!

Here is the October Real Estate Market Review. Please let me know if you have any questions. If you know if anyone else who may benefit from receiving this real estate review on a monthly basis please feel free to send them my email address and have them contact me.
What to Watch For:
There were strong home sales in the Greater Lakes region once again in October. For the month there were 242 closed sales, up 14.7 percent from a year ago as low mortgage rates and the federal tax credit for home buyers spurred activity. With the home buyer tax credit extended and expanded, we can expect that first-time home buyer activity will remain strong, but don't bank on the same blockbuster numbers we say this year. If you were a potential first-time home buyer who was qualified to purchase in 2009, odds are pretty dang good that you already bought.
The fact that the income limits have been raised for eligibility does help since it widens the credit's availability. The $6,500 credit for second-time buyers will spur some sellers in the low-to-mid price ranges to put their homes on the market who had previously been on the fence. New listings will likely increase this winter and into early 2010 as a result.

Here's a rare opportunity to get on one of the most popular chain of lakes, at a price that is hard to comprehend! Only $191,900.00 get's you onto the Whitefish Chain! This is a year round home for under the price of a lot, way under. Located in the heart of Crosslake, surrounded by wilderness, yet minutes away from most luxuries, golfing, restauraunts and shopping. You can even boat out for dinner. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large wrap around porch. Great views of the lake, and a full basement. It is a foreclosure but in very nice shape.
If you thought you couldn't afford this Chain of Lakes, think again!
